Return Policy

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (eBooks, study guides, and digital materials) are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Once access has been provided via email or download, no refunds will be issued.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unopened and in brand-new condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • If shrink-wrapped, it must remain unopened

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items & gift cards
  • Digital products (individual or as part of a bundle)
  • Bundles & final sale items
  • Custom or personalized items

Starting a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Page with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of any damage or defects.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.
  • If a return is not approved after inspection, we will notify you via email.

Cancellations

  • Physical products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Digital products: No cancellations are allowed once the download link has been accessed.

Shipping Issues

Delivery Confirmation

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier with visual proof matching the shipping address, refunds will not be issued for non-delivery claims.

  • If you believe there was an error, contact us within 7 days to initiate an investigation.

Incorrect Address

Confident Nurse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If returned to us, you may:
    • Reship the item at your expense, or
    • Receive a refund for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • If not returned, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Sale Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a sale. The only exception is for orders placed on the same day as a sale, in which case an adjustment may be made upon request.
