SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our {STORE} Products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed on confidentnurse.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:
- Domestic: 🇺🇸 7-14 Business Days

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping for Digital Downloads
- Instant Delivery: Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. You will receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email.
- Download Limits: You can download your files as many times as you like using the provided link.
- Issues with Downloads: If you experience any problems downloading your files, please contact us at confident.nurse.store@gmail.com for assistance.
Shipping Methods:
- 🐢 No Rush Shipping: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 12-30 business days.
- 🚚 Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 10-20 business days.

Changes to Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order. -
Verify Your Shipping Address:
Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. -
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages:
Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier. -
Delivered but Not Received:
We do not issue refunds for orders that are scanned as "Delivered". If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim. -
Tracking Numbers:
Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate. -
Return Shipping Cost:
In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will, however, issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund. -
Our Fulfillment Centers:
Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability. -
Shipping Fees:
We do not up-charge on shipping costs; therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that have not been used and are in the same original packaging that you received.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:
1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
