Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in immediate account termination and permanent revocation of course access.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, downloadable files, text, graphics, branding, and assessments, are the exclusive intellectual property of Confident Nurse LLC and are protected under United States copyright law.

Enrollment in a course grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, screen-record, redistribute, share credentials, resell, or commercially exploit any content.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform. However, we do not guarantee that the website or courses will always be available, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party service providers, including hosting platforms, payment processors, or internet service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confident Nurse LLC 

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website or courses.

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
In no event shall Confident Nurse LLC’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable course.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Confident Nurse LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your misuse of course materials

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable laws or licensing requirements

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Confident Nurse LLC services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California.

You and Confident Nurse LLC agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@confidentnurse.com  within 30 days of your first purchase.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Acceptance of continuing education credits is determined by individual state boards of nursing.

Learners are responsible for confirming applicability to their license prior to enrollment.

Each course specifies the number of contact hours awarded upon successful completion.

Credit is issued only after all course requirements are satisfied.

Confident Nurse is an approved Continuing Education Provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP18103.
